An overseas policyholder preference applies. Under Australian law, if The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd is wound up, its assets in Australia must be applied to its Australian liabilities before they can be applied to overseas liabilities. To this extent, New Zealand policyholders may not be able to rely on The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd's Australian assets to satisfy New Zealand liabilities.
All claims need to be submitted online using our secure Claims Portal and we will keep you updated by email. If your claim is approved, the benefits will be paid directly into your bank account.

Claims are assessed according to the terms, conditions and waiting periods outlined in the Policy Wording. All approved claims are subject to your policy benefit limits, sub-limits and excess as specified on your Certificate of Insurance.
